PPPAP is proud to announce that the group will partner again this year with Destination Art Pikes Peak and Reserve Our Gallery for the local PleinAir event and competition. Members will be leading various local Destination opportunities to get the best landscapes, which are known only to locals. The PleinAir portion of the event will happen between July 23 through August 6. Check back for updates on events & activities available to all artists. Peak Art Adventure has added additional activities to the plein air event this year. Afternoon sessions of Art Talk feature discussions by Master Artists in the Pikes Peak Region. Featured Artist include Chuck Mardosz, Scott Yeager, Michael Gault and Augie Setter, as well as local authors, John Wesley Anderson & Heidi Wigand Nicely. The last paint-out of the summer will be announced soon. Members and their families are invited to gather together at the Memorial Park in Woodland Park on Saturday, September 13th. Announcements will go out to members to organize the pot-luck meal.

A short business meeting will precede the meal, with a paint-out to follow.

Various professional artists from PPPAP will be offering classes and workshops for plein air in preparation for this summer's Peak Art Adventure.
